How to request deletion

In Listalong Snap, open Settings, tap your account, then choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address linked to your account. Include your Listalong account email so we can find the right account.

We may need to verify that you own the account before completing your request. Never send a password, payment-card details or a sign-in code. Support will tell you if more information is needed and confirm the outcome.

What is deleted

Listalong and Listalong Snap share one account. Deletion removes access to both services, your drafts and unused credits, and cancels your Listalong subscription. Connected services may need to respond before every deletion step can finish.

Listings already published to eBay or Depop stay online. Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases or delete photos from your phone’s photo library.

Records we retain

We retain limited purchase, security and deletion records where needed to meet legal obligations, handle disputes and prevent duplicate credits or account recreation. A protected record of claimed free-listing allowances is retained, so deleting an account does not restart the welcome offer.
