Built to do the cross-listing work—not run your entire account.

Listalong performs a defined set of listing and order actions needed to connect eBay and Depop.

Listalong can
  • Read the active listing details needed to cross-list your stock.
  • Create a listing automatically when you enable that workflow, or when you choose an item manually.
  • End the matching listing when the linked item sells on the other marketplace.
  • Return tracking details to supported orders after you use the Australia Post workflow.
Listalong is not built to
  • Access your banking, payout or full payment-card details.
  • Read or send marketplace messages on your behalf.
  • Post outside the automatic settings you enable or the manual actions you start.
  • Guarantee that a listing meets every current marketplace policy.
How connections work

You sign in to each marketplace yourself.

eBay

The eBay connection uses eBay's account sign-in flow. You authorise the connection with eBay rather than giving your eBay password directly to Listalong.

Depop

The optional Listalong Connector browser extension keeps your Depop account connected. You log in to Depop yourself; the extension does not see or store your Depop password. It uses the sign-in session your browser already sends to Depop for the connection's single purpose.

Depop may occasionally require a reconnection. Listalong surfaces connection warnings so you can restore it before syncing is interrupted.

Connection information

Connection tokens and authentication details are protected using appropriate technical controls, including encryption where supported by the hosting and database services used by the product. Access is limited to what is required to provide the service.

Listalong is intended to perform listing, delisting and tracking actions that sellers can also perform themselves. Marketplace policies can change, and sellers remain responsible for the terms, policies and requirements of each platform they use.

Destination-specific warnings can flag categories that may be unsuitable or need extra care, including some electronics, battery-operated goods and gaming hardware. These checks are useful guidance, not a guarantee of compliance.

Listalong is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by eBay, Depop or Australia Post.

Your data

The information needed to link listings and keep stock in sync.

Listalong stores the account, listing, inventory and order information required to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information or listing data to advertisers or data brokers.

The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, how it is used, the providers involved, retention and your choices.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect marketplace accounts through the product. To ask for your Listalong account and associated data to be deleted, email support@listalong.com.au. Requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Responsible disclosure

Found something that could put an account or user at risk?

Email the details privately. Clear reproduction steps, the affected page and the impact you observed all help us investigate faster. Please do not include passwords or active connection tokens.
