What is included in the A$19 plan?

Every current Listalong feature is included: automatic and one-at-a-time cross-listing, sold-item syncing, automatic price drops, marketplace matching, bulk catalogue tools, connection monitoring, Australia Post workflows and store reporting.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your 14-day free trial starts when eBay is connected. Setup time does not count, and no card is required. Your trial will not silently become a paid subscription.

Which plan applies to my store?

Standard (A$19 a month) covers stores with fewer than 1,500 active linked listings. From 1,500 up to 3,500, use Large Store (A$39 a month). If you manage more than 3,500, contact Listalong so we can discuss the right capacity and pricing.

What counts as an active linked listing?

One item linked on both eBay and Depop counts once, not twice. Sold, ended, deleted and historical listings do not use your active allowance.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Standard costs A$190 a year and Large Store costs A$390 a year, giving you two months free compared with monthly billing.

What if my store has more than 3,500 active linked listings?

Contact Listalong. Stores above 3,500 active linked listings may need a higher-capacity arrangement, so we will confirm the catalogue size and suitable pricing with you directly.
