What trial does my audience get?
New customers who sign up through an affiliate get a 30-day free trial. Normal website sign-ups get 14 days. Both trials start only when eBay and Depop are connected; setup time does not count. The affiliate offer is 30 days in total, and paid plans follow the trial.
Who is the programme for?
Creators, resellers, educators and community owners who help Australian sellers use eBay and Depop. Share your channel, website or social profile when you apply. We review every application; you don’t need a paid Listalong subscription or a connected store.
What earns commission?
You earn 30% of eligible paid subscription revenue, after discounts and excluding tax. Payment processing fees are not deducted from that basis. Free accounts and trials don’t earn commission; earnings begin only with eligible successful payments.
When does the 12-month period start?
It starts with each referred customer’s first successful eligible payment. Payments on or after the 12-month anniversary do not earn commission. Cancellations, resubscriptions and plan changes do not restart the period.
How is a referral tracked?
The first valid referral reaching the Listalong app is remembered for up to 60 days. The customer must be new to Listalong. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
When are commissions paid?
Commission has a 30-day hold. Eligible commissions whose hold has finished by the end of a month are payable by the 15th of the following month, using Australia/Adelaide time. There is no minimum payout balance, and Listalong covers the transfer fee. You need to provide correct Australian AUD bank details and any required payment information. Refunds, credits and disputes may reduce earnings; any overpayment is offset against later approved commission. Your account shows what is approved, reserved for payout and recorded as paid.
What can I see in my dashboard?
Your referral link, visits, sign-ups, paying customers and commission balances, plus a history of your payouts.
What should I say when sharing my link?
Clearly disclose that you may earn commission. For example: “This is an affiliate link. I may earn commission if you become a paying Listalong customer.” Keep recommendations honest, don’t send spam or make misleading claims, and don’t imply that you represent Listalong.
