What accounts do I need?
You need an active eBay seller account. Connect Depop, Facebook Marketplace or both as places to crosslist. Facebook connects in the Listalong Connector for Chrome or Edge.
Can I cross-list automatically or manually?
Use automatic cross-listing between eBay and Depop, or select items, press Crosslist and choose destinations. For Facebook Marketplace, choose the items to send and keep the Listalong Connector connected in Chrome or Edge.
What happens when an item sells?
When a linked item sells on eBay, Listalong removes it from Depop. When it sells on Depop, Listalong ends the matching eBay listing, normally within minutes.
Can I cross-list to Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Select existing eBay or Depop items, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. Listalong reuses your photos and supported details, matches a Facebook category and fills the listing form. Facebook crosslisting currently supports Australian-dollar listings. Marketplace rules and review still apply.
Does Facebook crosslisting need my computer?
Yes. Connect Facebook in the Listalong Connector for Chrome or Edge and confirm the account name. Keep your computer on, your browser open and Facebook signed in for publishing and Facebook status syncing. If the Facebook account changes, reconnect before publishing. Buyer messages and pickup arrangements stay in Facebook.
What happens if I mark a Facebook item pending or sold?
While the connector is connected, marking a Facebook item pending or sold ends its matching eBay and Depop listings, so it cannot sell twice. Pending is not recorded as a sale. If the buyer falls through, mark it available on Facebook and Listalong will remind you to relist it elsewhere. It does not relist automatically. Keep the browser open for Facebook syncing.
Can Listalong help me move older stock?
Yes. Automatic price drops let Listalong lower prices to help move long-held stock, reducing the time you spend manually repricing older inventory.
What listing information moves across?
Listalong transfers the available photos and listing information supported by the destination marketplace, including details such as the title, description, price, brand, size and condition. It also flags destination-specific requirements that may need your attention.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup begins by connecting eBay and Depop once. Facebook Marketplace connects separately in the Listalong Connector for Chrome or Edge. The time your existing listings take to appear depends on the size of your stores and how quickly each marketplace responds. You can start choosing items as they become available in Listalong.
Can I disconnect my marketplace accounts?
Yes. Account disconnect controls are available in the app. You can also contact Listalong if you want your account and associated data removed.
Is my marketplace account safe?
You choose which listings to cross-list. Listalong uses the account access required for cross-listing, sold-item sync and supported shipping updates, with connection warnings when attention is needed.
What does Listalong cost after the trial?
