What accounts do I need?
You need an active eBay seller account and a Depop account. Connect both once and Listalong brings your available listings together.
Can I cross-list automatically or manually?
Both. You can let Listalong cross-list automatically or choose the individual listings you want to send. An eBay listing goes to Depop and a Depop listing goes to eBay.
What happens when an item sells?
When a linked item sells on eBay, Listalong removes it from Depop. When it sells on Depop, Listalong ends the matching eBay listing, normally within minutes.
What listing information moves across?
Listalong transfers the available photos and listing information supported by the destination marketplace, including details such as the title, description, price, brand, size and condition. It also flags destination-specific requirements that may need your attention.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup begins by connecting eBay and Depop once. The time your existing listings take to appear depends on the size of your stores and how quickly each marketplace responds. You can start choosing items as they become available in Listalong.
Can I disconnect my marketplace accounts?
Yes. Account disconnect controls are available in the app. You can also contact Listalong if you want your account and associated data removed.
Is my marketplace account safe?
You choose which listings to cross-list. Listalong uses the account access required for cross-listing, sold-item sync and supported shipping updates, with connection warnings when attention is needed.
