To bulk crosslist Depop listings to Facebook Marketplace with Listalong, select suitable existing Depop items, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. Listalong reuses supported photos and details so you can prepare several adverts without rebuilding every listing from the beginning.
For clothing sellers, the preparation matters as much as the selection. Ten garments can share a collection suburb, but they still have ten different sizes, measurements, condition descriptions and stock identities. A repeated delivery promise or a swapped size can turn a useful batch into a set of corrections.
This checklist is for several separate Australian-dollar, single-item listings. It does not describe multi-quantity publishing or combining clothes into a single bundle.
Check one completed listing before selecting more
Use the Depop to Facebook crosslisting guide to connect Facebook, confirm the account name and publish one suitable item first.
The workflow needs the Listalong Connector in Chrome or Edge. Keep your computer on, browser open and Facebook signed in throughout publishing and Facebook status syncing. Facebook publishing begins when you select Crosslist; it is separate from automatic eBay and Depop crosslisting.
Inspect the first Facebook advert. Check the photographs, destination price, category, condition, collection area and stock link. Resolve a repeated problem before sending the next group.
Build a batch around stock you can find and fulfil
Choose a small group you can physically check together. For example, you could prepare separately listed summer dresses from one storage rail. That lets you confirm labels, measurements and any visible wear while the garments are in front of you.
Record each item’s private stock reference. A reference such as “DRESS-042” should identify one physical garment even if you later rewrite its title. Two similar dresses in different sizes need separate records.
Our reseller SKU guide explains the stock-reference approach. For this batch, a short working sheet can be enough:
| Stock reference | Labelled size | Check before Facebook |
|---|---|---|
| DRESS-042 | AU 12 | Confirm bust and length measurements |
| DRESS-043 | AU 14 | Keep the photograph and disclosure of the repaired seam |
| DRESS-044 | AU 10 | Remove a delivery promise if the new offer is pickup only |
These are example records. Use the facts from the actual items you are preparing, and leave an item out if you cannot locate or identify it confidently.
Separate shared wording from garment-specific facts
Review any repeated Depop shop text once, then check the unique details on every item.
Shared wording might include bundle postage, dispatch days, shop policies or a previous collection location. Those details need to match the Facebook offer. A buyer should be able to understand what you are selling and how to collect it without reading your Depop profile.
Garment-specific checks include:
- Brand and labelled size, including whether the size label is missing.
- Actual measurements and how they were taken.
- Marks, repairs, alterations and missing fastenings.
- Fabric information you can substantiate from the item.
- Exactly which pieces or accessories are included.
Keep the distinction between a labelled size and your fit estimate. If a skirt is labelled size 12 but measures differently from another brand’s size 12, include the measurement rather than silently changing its identity in the new advert.
Review prices as offers, not just copied numbers
A Depop amount may include delivery. A Facebook pickup amount may cover the garment alone. Review what you intend to offer before choosing the destination price.
For example, a dress advertised at A$39.95 with delivery included needs two checks: the intended Facebook offer and the whole-dollar price Facebook uses in this workflow. Inspect the result for each item with cents in its source price.
Avoid applying one discount across a batch simply because the destination is Facebook. Garments can have different margins, delivery costs and condition. Price each offer deliberately.
Publish the selected items and inspect every result
Select the suitable Depop records, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. Leave the connector running while publishing completes.
Afterward, match every destination advert to its physical item. Similar photographs can make it easy to overlook a size mismatch. Check that the price, condition and location are right, and that the stock link belongs to the correct garment.
If Facebook shows a review or rejection notice, read it before retrying. Check whether an advert already exists before creating another copy. There is no useful speed target if the batch finishes with duplicates or incorrect stock links.
Keep separate listings separate from clothing bundles
Publishing six dresses as six adverts is different from offering all six in one Facebook bundle. A bundle creates a new inventory decision: each component is also part of a larger offer.
Do not assume a batch of connected single-item listings establishes automatic handling for a separately created bundle. Record every component and deliberately manage the individual adverts before reserving or selling the set. The Facebook clothing bundle guide covers that preparation.
Plan for the messages that follow the batch
Buyer conversations and pickup arrangements remain in Facebook. Choose a batch size that you can also manage after enquiries arrive.
With the connector connected, marking a linked Facebook item pending or sold ends its matching Depop and eBay listings. Pending is not a sale. If a buyer falls through, marking the Facebook item available prompts a reminder to relist elsewhere; restoration is not automatic.
Use the Depop and Facebook shared-stock guide to plan those transitions. Then see Listalong’s Facebook setup and start with a batch you can inspect, identify and hand over accurately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I crosslist several Depop items to Facebook Marketplace together?
Yes. Select suitable existing Depop items in Listalong, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. Start by checking one completed listing. The current workflow supports Australian-dollar, single-item listings and requires the connected Listalong Connector in Chrome or Edge.
Does bulk crosslisting turn my Depop items into a Facebook clothing bundle?
No. Selecting several separate items to crosslist is different from combining garments into one bundle. A bundle needs its own offer and a record of every component so individually advertised pieces cannot also be sold separately.
What should I check before crosslisting a Depop clothing batch?
Confirm each garment is available, its photos and measurements are current and it has no duplicate Facebook advert. Review delivery wording, collection area and whole-dollar Facebook prices, then check each resulting advert and stock link.
