Bulk crosslisting from eBay to Facebook Marketplace lets you reuse a batch of existing listings instead of uploading each item’s photos and writing every description again. With Listalong, select the eBay items, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace.
The useful part is the work you can reuse: your photographs, supported item details and existing stock records. You still need to check that each item makes sense as a Facebook offer, especially its price, location and collection wording.
Listalong’s Facebook crosslisting currently supports Australian-dollar, single-item listings. Selecting several items is a batch operation; it does not mean one listing can represent multiple quantities or product variations.
Start with one listing before crosslisting a batch
Choose an item you can easily identify and locate. A single jacket with clear measurements and photographs is a useful first check. A listing with several sizes or multiple identical units needs a different inventory assessment and should not be treated as a supported single-item listing.
Connect Facebook in the Listalong Connector for Chrome or Edge and confirm the account name. Keep your computer on, browser open and Facebook signed in for publishing and Facebook status syncing. If you switch Facebook accounts, reconnect before sending more stock.
Crosslist the first item, then inspect the resulting Facebook advert and its link to the physical stock. Our step-by-step eBay to Facebook crosslisting guide covers that first run.
Choose a batch with a shared selling plan
Batch by what you can manage, rather than selecting everything simply because it is available. For example, choose a handful of separately listed jackets that buyers can collect from the same area. You can review their pickup wording together while keeping each jacket’s condition and size distinct.
Before selecting an item, confirm:
- You still have it and it is available for sale.
- The source photos show the exact item and its current condition.
- It is not already advertised on Facebook under another title.
- Its source listing uses Australian dollars and represents one item.
- You can answer enquiries and arrange the collection you offer.
You choose which items to send to Facebook. Facebook publishing starts when you select Crosslist; it is separate from automatic crosslisting between eBay and Depop.
Review the details that can go wrong across a whole batch
A repeated mistake is more work to correct than a single one. Check shared wording before you publish, then check item-specific facts separately.
| Check | Example of a problem | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery wording | Every description promises tracked postage, but the Facebook offer is pickup only | Remove or revise the promise for the intended Facebook offer |
| Price | The eBay amount includes delivery or ends in cents | Set a deliberate local offer and check Facebook’s whole-dollar destination price |
| Location | Old wording names a suburb you no longer collect from | Confirm the collection area for each advert |
| Condition | A template says excellent condition despite a photographed fault | Keep the specific fault disclosure with the item |
| Stock identity | Two similar jackets have different sizes | Match each listing to its own stock reference |
For example, an eBay jacket listed at A$49.95 with postage included needs a deliberate Facebook price decision. Do not assume a whole-dollar destination price will preserve your intended offer, or that pickup buyers should receive the same delivery promise.
Use the Facebook description templates to organise the essentials: item identity, condition, measurements, included pieces and collection area. Keep your private storage reference in your stock records.
Select the items and publish through Crosslist
Once the first listing is correct, select the suitable eBay items in Listalong, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. Leave the connector connected throughout publishing.
Afterward, check each result. Confirm that the destination listing belongs to the correct item, carries the intended offer and has the expected availability. If Facebook shows a review or rejection notice, read it before attempting another copy. A delayed result is a reason to inspect the listing state before retrying.
There is no need to promise a fixed number of listings per minute. The practical measure is how many correct, connected adverts you finish with, without creating duplicates or spending the afternoon repairing copied text.
Keep the batch manageable after enquiries begin
Publishing several adverts can also create several conversations. Buyer messages, collection arrangements and sharing to Facebook groups remain in Facebook.
For correctly linked stock, marking a Facebook item pending or sold ends the matching eBay and Depop listings while the connector is connected. Pending is not recorded as a sale. If a pickup falls through, marking the item available on Facebook prompts a reminder to relist elsewhere; the ended listings are not restored automatically.
That makes a small, checked batch a useful starting point. You can confirm the listing quality, stock links and pickup workflow before adding more enquiries to your day. See selling on eBay and Facebook at the same time for a worked stock example.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bulk crosslist eBay listings to Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. In Listalong, select suitable existing eBay items, press Crosslist and choose Facebook Marketplace. The current workflow supports Australian-dollar, single-item listings and needs the Listalong Connector running in Chrome or Edge. Check one completed listing before sending a larger batch.
Does bulk crosslisting mean multiple quantities in one Facebook listing?
No. Bulk selection means choosing several separate items to crosslist. Listalong's Facebook workflow currently supports single-item listings; it does not establish support for multi-quantity or variation listings.
Can I close my laptop while Listalong publishes to Facebook?
Keep your computer on, browser open and Facebook signed in, with the Listalong Connector connected. Facebook publishing and status syncing depend on that connection.
